With Bauer’s feud with the Astros and Anaheim’s proximity to the Padres (Clevinger), I’d say the Angels have a great chance to sign him.

Also, I’m really curious if Bauer sticks with his 1yr deal plan when teams start offering him 6/$150,000,000.

Love it, he’s sort of like Greinke but also not. 

For those same reasons, it’s an utter mystery where he signs. I’m not holding my breath, but I’d love to have him. I also think the money he’ll cost could be used for a number of needs just as well.

Even if he sucked I would sign him for his swagger. 

Bundy has a little bit of that swagger on the mound but Bauer would take it to a whole new level.

If he wins the Cy Young award he could very much end up with 3/120. The amount per year will be more significant if he takes a shorter deal.

Regardless, Arte needs to be all over him if he's only wanting 3-4 years.
