Another Post Season without Trout

So this is getting ridiculous, another post season without the best player in baseball. When is Moreno going to get Trout to a playoff game?

This is AngelsWin, not TroutWin.  It's not a travesty, its unfortunate, but unfortunate for the TEAM.  You should really ask Trout why he re-signed with the Angels.  He says he believes in the ability of the leadership to build a contender.  If that's not good enough, then you can disparage him directly. At the end of his career, if the Angels don't get him a ring, it is as much on Trout as Moreno, because, you know, personal responsibility for choices.

Wow, I'm surprised where this thread went to. I've been following the Angels long enough to see a parade of has been all-stars come through the big A. Yes it's a team sport (25 players last time i checked), but i'd say Trout is worth probably more than one.  Not to mention everyone keeps mentioning his WAR is off the charts. So maybe one player can get you to the playoffs.....

Trout is worth the equivalent of about 3 solid everyday regulars. That means he makes up for having useless players at 2 positions.
