You're right it wasn't a TD. It was a 2 point conversion. I watched it live it looked good and the refs called it good. They showed a bunch of replays during the review and I saw nothing to overturn it. If you want to break it down frame by frame an hour later, well son life doesn't work that way.

Indiana hadn't beaten a top ten team at home since 1967.

A lot of streaks being broken this year. Arkansas won an SEC game after losing 20 straight in conference, and Rutgers had lost 21 straight Big Ten games. Arkansas could easily have three wins in the league, had a bad call not cost them the Auburn game.
