That's the thing. THey don't have any clear option because nobody else stands out. I assume Buttrey gets the first chance maybe...or perhaps Maddon just uses a committee since none of them are good

I have agreed with the sentiment that you don't let him go after a 60-game season. BUT... if they actually play the 60 games (which I don't expect) and the Angels finish last in the division (which I don't expect, but looks more possible every day) then I wouldn't care what happens to him.
