Their payroll was above $60MM as recent as 2011. It was $80MM in 2007.

I do stand corrected, it seemed like it would have been a lot less given the controversy over it back around 2011, but surprisingly it's stayed between $50-60 million since 2009.

 

Wulff's acquisitions have just been a lot smarter since 2011.

He still looks like a Steinbrenner, next to Loria.
