And they were about $250K under slot for Semanaris, so maybe they'll try to sign Detmers for a little under slot to make up the overage on Blakely.

Yea, that is my speculation as well.  Although I have a feeling the Canadian will be a tough sign.

we have about 4.4 mil left.

I'm assuming Detmers gets around 3 and the Canadian gets the rest. Which is doable. 

Marsh was ranked higher, and we drafted him in the 2nd round, and got him signed at 1 mil.

Angels had a pool of ~$6.4m, and Seminaris, Calabrese, and Blakely have reportedly signed for a combined ~$1.8m, leaving ~$4.6m For Detmers, whose slot value was $4,739,000m.

No.

MLB teams have signed a total of 75 players. 60 of those have been signed by 7 teams.
