It’s a culture problem.  All over the country police departments bring in homicidal maniacs to train cops. IDF lunatics, blood thirsty former “operators”.  This isn’t unusual.  There’s a guy who’s an absolute maniac and he’s booked 200 days a year by police departments.  He gathers police in fucking conference rooms and talks to them about how they have to be killers and predators.  It’s on tape ! He’s been doing it for 20 years.  Add that in with the fact that across the country police are equipped like fucking military units.  They’ve spent incredible amounts of money achieving this since 9/11.  Not a fucking peep from hardly anyone.  What do we expect ? The cops are doing exactly what they’ve been told to do.

In case anyone is interested  the guy that’s booked 200 days a year that I mentioned.  His name is Dave Grossman.  He wrote a book called “On Killing” 

on brand, that’s for fucking sure.

The problem with the police force isn't just individual cops. It's the entire system.
