Come on AJ, the team has been in business for 59 years. Simmons has been here for 4 losing seasons. His defensive skills are amazing but All Time? Really?

But it’s based on All Time not Some Time. Fregosi crushes him with that alone.

Right now, I'll type Fregosi with Simmons right on his heels. If Simmons is extended, he probably will be.

I understand how Fregosi is the obvious choice here based on WAR and overall stats, but I wasn't old enough to watch him play. 

What I can tell you is if you fill out all the positions on the Angels all-time roster they're going to be loaded offensively. 

So with that, I'd go with Simmons and bat him 9th. Anything you got from him in the following lineup, holy hell... gravy!

You know what's funny is, my sentimental and favorite list and list based on stats are quite different. 

I'll post both of those once you get around to your all-time roster thread.
