They'd be worse than Blanton. 

 

The only reason I bring this up is that their offensive production was supposed to make up for a lack of starting pitching. 

 

Yet the SP outside of Blanton has been pretty capable.  Not great by any means but Vargas and Williams in particular have been very good and Wilson, although frustrating, has been serviceable.  With Hanson and Weaver back in the mix, the SP is actually pretty decent. 

 

Too bad the offense is more vacant than vaunted. 

 

Funny how the team's win streak came on the shoulders of Trout hitting .406 with an ops of 1.24.  He cools off and suddenly the team sucks again.

Yep. If this offense was doing what it was supposed to, we would have at least 5 more win. At least.

Jason Castro and JD Martinez have been a better duo. Sickening.
