OOTP (Out of the Park) 2021: Let's see your results!!

Disclaimer: This is full on nerdy, so disregard if it's not for you.

I honestly haven't played a video game on my own in a long time. Outside of the times I visit my son when we play, this is the first time I've purchased a game in over a decade. But I'm jonesing for any type of baseball action so.. I got OOTP '21 the other night. Setup the Angels roster to my liking (yes, Adell is on the team and leading off, playing RF). 

So Ohtani pitched a scoreless gem and the Halos beat the Asstros on opening day and then this happened last night. I won 12-11, but they scored 5 runs off the Angels relievers in the 9th inning. They had bases loaded and two outs and I brought in Buttrey to get the K to end the game. Phew.

Barnes about to get cut. Andriese had a good inning, then a shitty one. We were up big so I didn't want to use my good relievers just yet. I actually intended for Andriese to close out the game since Heaney pitched well over 6 IP.

The Angels start the season off 3-0 against the Astros. Going for the sweep with Bundy on the hill next. 

My bullpen was the tits in this game. MVP probably goes to Patrick Sandoval. How do you like my BP management now, @Blarg?

La Stella got hurt so I had to put in Fletcher so I bumped Adell out of the leadoff spot and he tanked. He's getting bumped back up to the leadoff spot in the next contest.

I choose the last pitch per at bat option so it goes by really fast. Like you can get through a whole game in 30 minutes if it's a typical game. 

My 17 inning affair took an hour though. Lots of substitutions and thought before making the next move.

The Show is a simulation game. Realistic and not arcade like NBA Jam. There is also a manager mode where you do just that and not actually play the game. I know OOTP has no gameplay and has more hardcore options than The Show though.

Well that's what I'm wondering. I can't figure out how to do a multiplayer online league yet that's not real complicated.
