As much as I value the concept of higher education, colleges need to be taken to task for how they exploit students with ridiculous costs. This is just as ridiculous as cruise lines getting bailed out.

The negative oil prices have way more to do with massive over supply of the market due to American shale.  Which also impacts the Russian and Saudi price war.
