Down here in Laughlin also. Strange to see them locked up like that. Put a lot of locals out of work here. I'm sure it's way worse in Vegas.

I haven't been down there at night since all of this happened, but I don't think so. From the aerial shots on the nighttime news, it looks like they are on.

Didn't Las Vegas experience a partial blackout several years ago when there was a severe drought and they were limiting the amount of water flowing through Hoover Dam?

We get very little of our power from Hoover Dam. Most of it goes to California.

So I’m probably gonna be on unemployment soon.  I was supposed to go overseas am exit Tuesday.  That’s not happening.  I was close to getting a job at Amazon, but decided that was a bad idea.

 

Now I’m just sitting at home losing track of the days playing Animal Crossing.

My 30 year old nephew just got a job driving delivery for dominos. Said he positively loves it.
