The more I think about it the more I think one of Thaiss or Walsh will make the team and there will be a platoon between RF and 2B between three players. Goodwin (only in RF), Fletcher (2B & RF) and La Stella only at 2B. 

Early on it seems that we're not going to give La Stella time at 1B. 

I'm really intrigued to see how Pujols new stance at the plate plays out. Wouldn't it be awesome if such a change could lend him more success going forward and his remaining three years with us were incredibly productive?

His "new stance" looks more like his stance when he played in St. Louis. We'll see how that actually translates.

Love our 1-5. As for Pujols...idk. Every year, there is a big story line about how in shape he looks coming into spring, and how he has a new batting stance. I swear, I've heard both of these at least twice before this year. I'll believe it when I see it in regular play.

The guy is 40 years old(as far as we know) and has been worth negative WAR for 3 straight seasons. He's cooked. With just 2 seasons left on his deal, I'd like to think that they no longer feel like they need to play him due to his contract. The sooner he is phased out of the lineup the better

Isn't it a more exaggerated crouch than it had been in the past several years?      Wouldn't that lead to the knees and feet breaking down again, being age 40?
