I almost never defend the guy. But he’s better than 99% of the owners out there. He’s a decent man, real old school. Honor means something to him.

Yes and no....I happen to like him and I usually do defend him....I lived through Jackie Autry and Disney so I appreciate him, on balance...but I do think he screwed this one up....and I was being sarcastic with Lou, who I’ve sparred with all afternoon....we’ll see how it turns out and no, I don’t want a new owner....

Last season not very well but we did sign Trout. How did Albert and Hamilton signing work out for Artie when 95% of baseball people saw those as horrible signings. 95% of baseball people saw this trade as a good deal for halos.

Eppler had nothing to do with Pujols and Hamilton.

This trade? Tell me the exact terms of the deal, please.

I don't see how. Tampering would be approaching a player who is under contract with another team about coming to yours. I see nothing wrong with talking about a trade deal that is dead.

This is really frustrating to see/hear. We were about to add 5 Wars to the team, which is big. Joc could also have easily been a trade piece once Adell looked ready. Strip is more than just a 4/5. Lastly we were also getting a prospect that was coming into his own and could have helped us at the trade deadline.

About 90's of the fan, though that we were about to fleece the dodgers in this trade. Than income impatience Arte.

 

The only acceptable reason i'll accept is if the dodgers wanted  to rework the framework and wanted change the player from outside.
