They were solid numbers in 2018 (.710 OPS) over 250 PAs.   But he fell off drastically for the Cheatin' Strohs in 2019 (.446 OPS) over 98 PAs.

Heaney actually pitched good in Houston ... he only allowed 2 runs over 5 innings. He also allowed 2 runs over 4.1 innings in Anaheim.
