Business Class is always better than Coach, especially on long flights.

If you wind flying Coach make sure you have easy aisle access for the two of you, so you can get up when you need to stretch,  etc.

Also, Asian airlines tend to be better than ours. It's been awhile, but I really liked flying Cathay Pacific.

Meh. I fly a ton... and always fly cheapest seats

The only upgrade i pay for is to sit in the exit row.... someday ill fly first class.... but id rather save the money and spend it on something else.

In all honesty, most foreign airlines are better than ours. And cheaper.

I've only done premium economy once, and that was to "celebrate" our engagement.  Otherwise I'm too poor for anything other than flying with my fellow poor folk.

a smaller airline, midwest express, has only first class seats on each of their planes. they also bake and serve freshly made chocolate chip cookies. we used to fly them into kansas city. if any of you are headed to the midwest, check them out. prices were competitive.

easy. first you fly midwest express to kansas city, take a small puddle jumper to chicago, then board a jumbo jet to tokyo.
