If it came out that Eppler was shopping Trout, when he just signed that extension, and Trout said he felt disrespected by it, would people here be mad at Trout or Billy?

I think the NTC goes into effect after the 2021 opt out, or at least thats what I heard on MLB network on Sirius. But hell, who gives an opt out after 2 years?

While not mediocre over the past 3 seasons (cumulative .841 road OPS), it still pales next to Rendon's .937 road OPS in that same period.

On top of that, despite Coors Canaveral having it all over Nationals Park as a hitters park, Rendon still put up the better overall OPS over the past 3 seasons (.953 to .952).
