Covid vaccine tips for dummies like me.  Day before do not spend all day in the yard, getting up leaves, thatching, edging, trimming, mowing.  Yes they have Mexicans for that but I pay them and just have to redo it anyway. Day of the shot don't say I feel great and hit the treadmill and weights hard.  Day after shot Aaron Donald drove the cement truck that plastered me.

Got my first shot this morning at 9 am. Can't say I feel great either, but well enough.

We'll see about tomorrow.

I got the Pfizer shot.

Ya just take it easy.  I got up to 100.5 max temp which a tylenol is gone in minutes.  My bones just ached and think because I pressed myself around it they were going to ache anyway so it just maximized the effect.  My second shot will be the lawn chair and cooler period.

I only know about 10 people who have been vaccinated. The only one with issues was the lone 48 year black man in the group. The old people in the group had no issues.
