Pretty valid point.

One of the others that I read a few articles on and isn't really mentioned is how part of the slow reaction to the pandemic was because everyone was more focused on the impeachment hearings (that were never going to fly and a waste of time and taxpayer dollars)

Funny, Trump seemed to find plenty of time to go golfing and hold rallies during that same time. He never took it seriously until it became clear that it would impact him politically.

The money connection with hydrocholoroquinine has become evident. The primary manufacturer is Novartis, who paid Michael Cohen $1.2M for access to Trump.

The hydroxychloroquine is working. Don’t let your TDS get in the way of that fact.

There are studies that say that it doesn't, so the reviews are mixed.

when's the last time Republicans and the right let things like science get in the way of what they believe?

If a doctor and patient think it's the right way to go, by all means...any port in the storm...but people really need to stop saying it's a proven cure with limited to no side effects and pushing it as a miracle cure

Dude, nobody wants it to not work but is there real data showing that or just an episode of the Ingraham hour.  Lets see some actual stats instead of the Chosen One just touting it and you have STDS suck Trumps dick syndrome.

Who has been saying that it’s a cure?

I have no issue with doctors prescribing it, since they will be monitoring their patients. The President of the United States has no business hawking a treatment for anything. Of course, Trump can't accept that he isn't an expert on any topic that you care to bring up (claiming that he knew more about ISIS than the generals did, that he knows as much about COVID-19 as the doctors, etc.).

He should be. The current situation we find ourselves in didn't have to be. They screwed up. If he didnt see the memo, his team screwed up.

Test, test, test. They couldn't manage to do that, though.

But we're all to blame, so stop calling out Trump.

People could see this coming. I don't buy the "we couldn't have seen this coming" line of thinking at all. We could see this coming as clear as day. We've been conserving and redirecting PPE here since mid Februaryish.
