Well some thought a trade was coming for a pitcher. Good job Eppler adding to an already deep rotation. Mid 4 era with some upside. I love the move Eppler is building himself a really deep rotation. He took us from a bottom 5 rotation to a top 10? rotation with the depth we have. Unbelievable trade. Sign Eppler to extension now before it's too late and he asks for a lot more money when the Angels come roaring out of the gate to start the season.

I think this is just a one off trade to improve the depth of the pen. Andriese isn't very good but he has some upside and has logged a lot of decent innings. I expect he is the guy that comes in to games early when the starter doesn't get into the 5th.

In Eppler I trust. Mid 4 era pitcher for someone I have never heard of. The rotation/bullpen gets deeper. I don't know why you don't think that's a good thing.
