Jordan Spieth started off this morning with a triple-bogey on his third hole, then reeled off eight birdies the rest of the way.

-5 and tied for 2nd.

Nick Watney has withdrawn from the 2nd round of the RBC Heritage after testing positive for COVID-19.

a bunch of football players, both collegiate and professional, have tested positive in the last couple of weeks, also.

on the broadcast when they announced this, they sounded like watney had not had much contact with the rest of the tour players. nick Faldo said he saw watney play a practice round on Wednesday and that he was dragging very noticeably. I hope this is isolated and doesn't spread to other players. if it does, I'm guessing that will be it for the tour for a while, and probably affect all the other leagues trying to comeback, specifically baseball.

Koepka's caddie tested positive this week for COVID-19. Koepka is negative so far.

Simpson has chosen to self-quarantine though his tests are negative.

I'm wondering if we'll see much more golf this year. I hate 2020.
