He's just 28 years old.  Is there upside?  His 2019 second half looks a little better than the first half. 

@Inside Pitch what are your thoughts?  What do the numbers tell you? 

I'm not trying to make a case for him... just trying to see if there is a case for someone like this...

I'm not inside pitch, but there isn't much upside in my opinion. He would be another back end/depth guy based on his numbers the past 3 years. In his early 20's it looked like he was going to be a really good pitcher. Things have only gone south from there. Not a great strike out guy and doesn't even stay healthy.

He'd fit right in.
