What now Eppler?

My expectation in a GM is that they know what to do next in easily predictable situations.

Eppler should definitely have had an immediate plan for what to do if Stras and Cole land elsewhere.

The Winter Meetings are in full swing.  Eppler better be an effective executive and make some moves now with his plan B plan.

The question is does Eppler know what to do now or is he trying to regroup?

Pretty sure that's why we heard murmurs about the Angels interest in Rendon, Bumgarner, Donaldson, and Price yesterday.

He's likely had these contingencies in place since Strasburg signed and started progressing them last night when the Cole news broke.
