Im addicted to that, and playing rain sounds on youtube when I knock out.

face mask helps a lot of people because of the total darkness.  i use one on plane rides when i want to sleep.

also for b6, i don't take it every night.  about once a week is all i figured out i need to help me with keeping my sleep schedule. 

it also gives me super trippy dreams.  they're not unpleasant, just wtf trippy.  and i usually don't even remember my dreams.
