Is it just me or did he never confidently say he was healthy this off-season? It just seemed like he was just saying he hopes he'll be healthy, but they're didn't seem to be a ton of confidence expressed in that concept.

Lol what? He was fine until he stubbed the F*ck out of his toe in that exhibition game against the dogs. Toe injuries are Facking horrible, believe it or not

I've had turf toe before, and granted I was in my teens, but it really wasn't that debilitating as much as it was annoying and required me to take it easy for about 2-3 weeks. Upton's had to be more serious that your typical turd toe injury.

I’m 33 and got a significant turf toe around the same time as Upton...it was maybe only a month ago I started feeling normal....not a professional athlete, but in good shape and on my feet all day. It lingers and nags and my whole lower half and back got thrown out of wack trying to compensate.

Upton had a lost year. It happens. He’ll be fine next year and the year after.

And yet your posting never suffered!  You stepped up, brother!  A lesser AW member would have gone the AW DL and maybe posted a poll or two, but not you. No sir, no excuses.

I think you need to be the team's new Quality Control coach.
