Agree get Keuchal and Bumgarner and if a trade comes up you can't resist make it happen.

They need to sign Keuchel now! If Eppler is going to wait out the trade market he needs to at least secure one arm in Keuchel. We CANT run the risk of standing there in February with nothing again

 

It sure sounded like Arte was willing to sign BOTH Cole and Rendon. So why not take the Cole money and give it to Keuchel and MadBum? Then you can wait out the trade market and you’re no longer desperate at all. If this ends up happening I’ll be completely good with Cole choosing NY

Doesn’t change anything for that 3 team deal. He was just saying there was a chance for it to be a bigger deal.

Its known the Cubs have asked about Merrifield. We need a catcher. The Royals would get a nice haul of prospects

If we are to offer either Jordyn Adams or Brandon Marsh, I hope we are trying for Syndergaard.  The Mets did just add two starters, maybe Syndergaard is available in the right deal.

We need to lock down one of these pitchers...with Kluber to the Rangers being finalized, that's another option off the board which turns up the attention on the other potential pitchers.
