Well it’s just after 1pm now on the west coast I’m guessing Billy boy has shut’er down for the weekend. Hopefully the stove doesn’t heat up while Billy goes on one of his typical weekend benders

If he has a single location picked out in his heart that he would like to spend the rest of his career playing then he should just get a deal done and allow his new team to keep building. There is always more money available in November than there is in January. Or maybe he hasn't really decided where he wants to play yet.

Hensley Muelens will be the bench coach for the Mets.  Beltran got this one right from the things I have read.  I am sure @Inside Pitch could enlighten us all on why this was a good signing.

Probably, however there are qualities you need to have to be a successful manager, and my guess is he checks a ton of them.  What makes a really good manager is really good players.
