First of all, it was George McFly who was the "peeping Tom". His son, MARTY, found this out when he went to 1955 and was following George around. He saw him in a tree using binoculars to look at a woman dressing in her bedroom. There is no "Martin McFly" you absolute fuck.

Know your Back to the Future fan conspiracies you whorish male servant! They never actually traveled back in time, it was all a dream, George is simply Marty's inner fears of growing old and thus shouldn't be referred to as George but the older more mature version of Marty....Martin McFly.

The fact that he is portrayed by the same person in the real world as Marty's dream is simply a byproduct of Marty associating this physical feature to the older version of him.
