Naming Coello's Pitch

Rob Neyer over at SB Nation is infatuated with Coello's mystery pitch. It is an original forkball that hasn't been thrown in decades. The problem is modern forkballs are diffrent and 'original forkball' is kind of lame. Here's the article:
