Honestly, this right here Ive always chuckled, and thought was the curse.

If anyone doesnt remember, after bouncing Az in 2014, the dodgers went and partied in the Dbacks pool.... which to me was kind of a no no. I talked to some players about it (neutral teams) who werent fans either.

That dodger core has still never won it all. And dodgers fans thought it was hilarious.

Thats one of those things that makes me laugh at their bad luck...

Koufax was a monster in the postseason, which is the one area that truly separates him from Kershaw. I guess I didn't make that clear, but that's what I meant by he's no Koufax...

I’m sure Kershaw would love for his postseason to be only the World Series against mostly hitters who had only seen him pitch on a black and white tv. Koufax was awesome but it really wasn’t the same October in the ‘60s

It didn't seem to bother Cole, plus who has the advantage the pitcher or the hitter when the two are unfamiliar with each other?

Depends on who the hitter and pitcher are.

Who had the advantage the first time Mathis faced Chris Sale?

Well in Koufax's case the Hitters were

1959 Luis Aparicio, Nellie Fox, Ted Kluszewsk,

1963 Tony Kubek, Bobby Richardson, Micky Mantle, Roger Maris,  Elston Howard, etc. in .

1965 Harmon Killebrew, Tony Oliva, Zoilo Versalles,  Bob Allison, Don Mincher...

1966 Luis Aparicio, Frank Robinson, Brooks Robinson, Boog Powel...

Pretty sure it didn't matter who Koufax faced, he had the advantage...
