Simers takes another shot at Angels

His douchebaggery is probably more an act than his real personality. His columns on John Wooden, and his one about visiting his mom's grave on Mother's Day were quite moving.

 

As I said, he sells papers. People get pissed yet can't turn away.

The only problem with that statement is that the Angels had more hits then the dodgers, and most of the damage was done against a pitcher getting paid twice as much as everyone who pitched fort the angels yesterday combined.

Chuck I have to agree with YK. Everyone whines about Simers. His column lightly brushed on the Angels whereas he gave it to Kemp and the Dodgers.

Well maybe it's just my perception. I don't read much of his stuff, but when I do it seems he's always ripping on the Halos.

He's an equal opportunity ripper.  That's what he does, mix it up with the LA area team currently playing, most likely playing badly.  Even with the streak its pretty easy to pick on the Angel's batch of millionaires, but this article targeted Kemp (another inviting target).
