Exactly.  At least the wall is a semi-one time shot.  Free college, climate change, and medicare for all is the gift that will keep on giving year after year after year, constantly increasing.

The wall definitely doesn't need money to be maintained for the rest of all time.

Also, in theory, Medicare for All would save money over time because people would actually be able to afford to go to the doctor.
