The farm system was ranked 30th when he took over and would have been ranked 35th if there were five other teams. He's moved the farm system up 13 places in four years while still feeding the big league team.

Yes, Eppler's starting pitching signings have been a bust. However, he's done good stuff with the farm system at the same time every other team (except the Mariners) has been trying to improve theirs. Has any other team's farm system improved even ten spots in the last four years?

The average total farm rebuild does supposedly take at least 5 years.   

They have graduated quite a few already, and by the 6th year (2021), others will either be ready or not far off.
