Sigh... unbelievable.  This horrible stuff always makes baseball seem so tiny.  Rest In Peace Tyler.  Not sure what else to say.  

I mean an hour or 2 ago he had post on social media about them all dressed in cowboy hats and stuff.  Just unreal how fleeting everything is.

I expected NHL.and NBA free agent headlines and saw this. I could not believe this! I was at the game Saturday night, and watched him carefully. He sure looked solid and ready for a nice second half.

Just a post on FB about Tyler's passing. Been watching MLB Network since I read this tragic news. What a loss, thoughts go out to his family and the Angels players!

No foul play suspected per local police. 

Apparently they plan to release the cause of death later today.

A horrible, devastating loss to the Skaggs family.

The Cardinals also had a key starting pitcher, Darryl Kile, tragically pass away in his room during the 2002 season.    I remember being shocked with that, because like with Nick Adenhart's tragic passing, all MLB players and support staff are a part of us. 

R.I.P. Tyler, worst part obviously is his life being taken from him so young, and on top of that he was starting to try to emerge again as a solid pitcher.
