MLB says no evidence to support allegations against Mariners

For MLB to actually put this out to the public is another indicator that Dr. Martin has some real credibility issues.  While we know that already, MLB basically just put themselves squarely in the boat against her and you wouldn’t think they would do that unless they were 100% sure, especially in today’s social environment.....

On another topic, what about the investigation as to who leaked Ohtani’s medical info......

For her part, Martin issued a statement casting doubt on the process. As she notes, the lead attorney on the matter, Jennifer Gefsky, has deep ties to Major League Baseball and commissioner Rob Manfred. Per Martin, Gefsky and her firm focused mostly on speaking with current Mariners employees and did not contact “corroborative witnesses” that she identified during her own interview. Additionally, referring to her prior allegations, Martin says that Gefsky “chose not to speak with any of the Dominican trainers who were fired who could attest to the discriminatory conduct.”

Sounds like all of the white folks in positions of authority cleared their own names. Good for them!

The MLB investigation is over but the wrongful termination suit is still active. She can still pursue legal action.

Oh, I get that.  I'm just saying the MLB portion is over with -- I don't think the legal stuff will work it's way into the clubhouse much

This investigation was like MLB finding the Red Sox didn't have any players  that were using steroids lead by a part owner of the Red Sox.
