Local sports radio says that all Harper proposition bets have been removed from the board at local sports books, meaning that a signing is probably imminent. Early reports are that he has agreed to a deal with the Phillies, terms are unknown.

You don’t know who to believe but I read that and also read it was ten years $365 million. Obviously it could be bullshit.

This part was funny.

Jon Heyman of Fancred writes that rumors of Bryce Harper signing Tuesday in Philadelphia are unfounded.

Twitter has been abuzz on Tuesday with speculation that Harper is on his way to the Phillies, but there was obvious reason for skepticism even if it's a logical fit on paper. However, the Phillies remain interested and should be viewed as one of the frontrunners (if not the favorite) for his services. The wait continues, at least for now.

I was in several MGM properties in January.  There is nothing like this.
