College includes sacks in the rushing yardage, while the pros include sacks in the passing yardage.

He made a good choice. 

Someone beat me to the bump. Trout did get more guaranteed money, but Kyler had the higher AAV by 10+ million and his FA again in 5 years. He could sign 2 more bigger contracts than what Trout got.

I think he got a concussion last year and when he came back it was like Ward, he wasn't the same. 

He's probably a lot better than he's performed but his protection the last half of last season was terrible, he never had any time to evaluate the field and find guys that were open.

Unless the Cards fix that nothing is going to change. After 6 years here an hearing it from dozens of natives, never doubt the possibility of the Cardinals blowing it.

Incorrect. It was an ankle injury, which hinderred his ability to scramble when put under pressure.

It pays to be pretty decent at the premier position in sports.  Murray is a solid QB and got paid. If he picked baseball he'd most likely be still in the minors or even if he did make it to the  majors, making the league minimum and oh yea, probably kept in the minors an extra few months to make sure he doesn't hit super 2 status.  (I know but this is in the old CBA).
