We've been playing it for a few years now Lou..join us.  @tomsred @Tank

If we play this year I want to try this...I set this up last season and tried to get you guys on board but nobody tried it..

 

I set up a league at PGA, and we can try that and see if we like it better. I'll pm you guys the team name and password, but all of us will need to figure out how this works on our own, as I have not researched it yet..but it sound more like the old yahoo game...check it out.

we can toss the first week or two out while everyone learns the format...but it seems more like the old Yahoo game that we started with.

okay, gotta say that i like this format better than what we used last year.

i also think @Adam ought to win some kind of award for the best possible name ever chosen. buddy, the next time we're together, the kale smoothies are on me.

@Adam @Lou @tomsred (or whoever Carl Spackler3 is)..Here's the deal, since you didnt play this weekend, to keep this fair..you MUST play next weekend. Tank and I will sit next weekend out..then we will get this going for real.

why not just play this week and subtract your week 1 totals from your score? that way you don't have to sit out this week and we all play the same tournaments to make it even.

The reason is that there is a limit on how often you can use a player, and Tank and I would be forced to spend uses that you guys didn't.

Plus..this game goes on too long...it's about 8 months. This way the scores on the board will be the ones that count These weeks were going to be practice anyhow.

Obviously you haven't read the rules yet because one of them is that the decisions of the commissioner are final and questioning them even a little can result in stiff penalties including banishment.  

So you are already on probation..

Yeah...I know.

Part of what makes this competitive is that you cant just play DJ and JT every week. Looks like in this format you get 3 uses per segment for any one player. Forces us to find lower tier payers that have a chance on any given week for course styles, tourny history...etc. and wait to use the top guys on weeks when you feel they are going to win...because wins are worth lots of points.
