I mean a couple.  But I’m pretty lucid about this. Ginsberg fucking sucks.  And insane cult of personality around her sucks even more.

I really don't understand your political positions at all. But this might explain why you would be fine with another 4 years of Trump.

Not fine with, resigned to.  I also feel strongly that fundamentally Joe Biden at best slows the multi decade rightward lurch of this country and at worst results in an acceleration as soon as he’s out.  Which is the pattern we’ve seen for decades now.  Look at Joe Biden’s career dude. These assholes can talk about left of center shit until they’re blue in the face.  It’s bullshit.  They won’t do anything substantive.  Biden even talks about having republicans in his cabinet.  It’s pathetic.  Who cares if he gets elected or not.

Also, please understand that the national election is fucking meaningless.  Especially for you and I.  Our vote literally doesn’t mean jack shit.  What you can do is find good lefties down ballot and try and get them to win locally.

Well when the courts get stacked so heavily in favor of the right then it really isn't hyperbole. It should never be more than 5-4. We're looking at 7-2. And that's for the rest of our lives.

These justices don’t always rule on party lines though. At least they shouldn’t. Ginsberg should have called it quits when Obama was there and then he would have put a younger progressive in the seat

The appointments of late are all ideologues.  Garland was less so and Mitch did his thing.  Which is a crime that any party worth a shit would never ever forgive.  But the Democrats are fucking worthless pussies so Republicans will never pay for that.

also if they weren’t worthless fucking morons they would have made damn sure that Ginsberg retired.  Anyway, yaaas Queen !

So you are ok with presidents pressuring Supreme Court justices to retire?

I’m not ok with the current way that the Supreme Court is filled.  But since this is the game we’re playing.  Then I’m fine with whatever needs to done to avoid the present predicament.

The Republicans would have sat on Obama's nomination until he was no longer president.
