Terrible to hear. He wasn't always great here as a player, but everyone in the clubhouse seemed to love him and he seemed like a good dude. That's what matters. RIP.

Damn that's terrible. Always liked the guy, and it seems like so did the entire team. He always seemed positive, was always congratulating his teammates, looked like he was having a good time playing.

one thing i learned in sports is you can't ask for results from a teammate, you can only ask for investment.

luis wasn't the best player the angels had, but he certainly was invested in giving what he could to the team.
