It is my opinion that if the Angels go through free agency they will push hard on Nathan Eovaldi or J.A. Happ and only go after one of the other three if they cannot secure the services of either of the first two or through a trade.

Well this turned out to be a true statement, as the Angels did try to sign Eovaldi and Happ and now have acquired a secondary target. I did think Harvey would sign a 3 to 5 year deal but the fact that he is gambling on a bounceback year by signing a one year contract gives me hope that both sides like the roll of the dice.
