I wonder @Schildog and @jessecrall are aware Shapiro graduated summa cum laude at UCLA at age 20, then cum laude at Harvard Law at 23. You don't do that by accident.

The dude is wicked smart, as Ben Affleck would say.

I graduated UCLA Phi Beta Kappa. High school was a lot harder. And any smart man knows that credentials do not make for a strong argument.

Well, i'm curious what your issues with Shapiro are, and what you use to measure intelligence.

Considering I'm a socialist pushing 30, I think we can fill in the blanks re: Shapiro...as for intelligence, there is no clear measure and someone extremely capable in one aspect of life or understanding will be entirely deficient in others. I think anyone on the political spectrum would agree that much of the great damage in the world occurs when deficient people assume capability.

Well, it sounds like your talking about skill sets. I think intelligence can be measured in general cognitive ability, critical thinking, etc.

And I would agree of course with your last sentence, which applies pretty much everywhere in life.

so nobody actually stated a position of Shapiro's that they completely disagree with.

i could list a couple but whats the point?   Most here arent going to agree and its just another fuctercluck.
Doesnt matter really, these people, our next generation of leaders, should be able to handle opposing views without acting like children, dont you think?

the point is that people here are interested to hear what you disagree with.

Shapiro acts like a child? he gives total respect to those who act like adults and welcomes others who disagree with him to ask any question they desire. in fact, he moves those people to the front of the line

The child comment was in reference to the Ohio state students, not Shapiro.

ok. yeah, I don't care about those crying students and I highly doubt any of them are leaders of tomorrow.

I'm just saying its a well known major university.  Rated top 30 US.  This is pretty indicative of what we are turning out for the next generation.
