$30 Million Off Season, how do YOU spend it?

Calhoun for Andrew Cashner.  Money is even.  Cashner is the exact type of guy that Doug White can fix.  Throws hard.  Too many walks.  Doesn't k as many guys as you'd expect for a guy throwing that hard.  Big gamble here, but if it's not Cash, I'd like to see them target someone similar where a couple mechanical tweaks and some sequencing chances could have a major impact.  Would hate to send Calhoun into Oriole purgatory, but I think he'd flourish in those AL east parks and hit about 30 bombs.  

Sign Lonnie Chisenhall at 1/5 to platoon with Herm in RF.  Chisenhall can also play some 1b and 3b and both could back up CF.  I think Ettin mentioned him getting a longer deal, but I don't think so.  Even if you have to give him 2/8 or something like that it wouldn't be bad because of his positional flexibility.  His defensive metrics are fairly mixed.  Some good, some bad.  +5 for 2019

Joe Kelly - 3/27.  Convert him back to a starter.  +8 for 2019. 

Ramos - 2/18.  +8 for 2019.  

Restructure Shoe 2/6.  -2 for 2019.  

Trade Tyler Skaggs and Blake Parker for Travis Shaw.  -2 for 2019.  

JA Happ 2/22.  +10 in 2019.  

Richards 2/10 + 3m in 2019.  plus a bunch of option years.  

30m right on the button. 

Rotation in 2019 is Happ, Heaney, Barria, Kelly, Cashner, Pena, Shoe, Trop, Canning, Suarez 

Rotation in 2020 is Ohtani, Richards, Happ, Heaney, Barria and Canning, Suarez, Shoe, JC Ramirez, Trop, Felix Pena, and Sandoval as depth.  Kelly moves to the pen.
