When will the Angels announce that they are not signing Scioscia to a new contract?

I think they should do the full Connie Mack and let him manage until he's 90.

At this point, what difference does it make? We're not going anywhere for the foreseeable future. Maybe third place if pitchers' arms stay attached and guys figure out how to hit a baseball. But a new manager? Meh.

Tomorrow would be the best day to announce the stepping down, as it is an off day and he would then only have the 3 remaining games to manage.
