In my industry, they have gutted through stupid competitive bidding, reimbursements for Medicare items.

Do these imbecils understand that of course undercutting will happen with stupid competitive bidding, as cheap companies undercut bids trying to get awarded business, and of course not realistically being able to maintain being in business delivering with those real low rates?
