I don't know if this means anything regarding Trout and Harper but Rachel Maddow just reported this means Trump colluded with Russia.

Simmons SS, Trout CF, Harper RF, Ohtani DH, Upton LF, Pujols 1B, Cozart 3B, literally anyone C, Fletcher 2B

Frees up virtually any OF prospect for a SP trade too. Calhoun either 4th OF/1B, or flipped also for a vet inning-eater.

Trout and Harper are currently tied for 112 BBs for most in the bigs. That offense would be nuts. Adell could push Upton to DH and Pujols out in a year or two.

Yeah I thought the perfect scenario if they signed Harper would be to move Upton to 1B. I think they are much better off keeping Calhoun. I don't like the idea of moving Calhoun to another team because he's one of the best players on the Angels so the value of adding Harper would be minimized. That's why ultimately adding machado would be better if we had the opportunity to sign one of them. However, if Upton could move to 1B it may add even more value just by removing his atrocious defense from the outfield.

The good thing is he already has a lot of money. So when he tells his parents he doesnt need to go to college because he has the griffey upper deck rookie, and the canseco donruss rookie, his dream of owning a house and a yacht wont be ruined down the road.
