Whether or not he lied is at this point a matter of hearsay, not fact.  If he did then its a problem of course, but its no different than literally every other congressman in Wash on both sides. 
Feinstien has supposedly lied her ass off about what she knew, when she knew it, and how she chose to leak it, but you appear to have no issue with that.  
Its just another case of partisan facts and double standards.  
The reality of this is actually very simple, hes a Rep, the rest is just window dressing. 
Im not fan of his and certainly not Trumps, but this whole thing has just become little more than partisan grandstanding.

These hearings did absolutely nothing to adjust anyone's views.   A giant waste of time designed to do one thing, delay the process, and in that regard the Reps walked right into the Dems trap.
