It's gotten to the point where there has got to be more to it than just Scioscia's incompetence regarding Valbuena starting.  It's one thing to be stubborn but another to just be so dumb that you can't see how bad Luis is.  The fact that Billy hasn't traded/released or that Scioscia doesn't use him only as a pinch hitter means something else is going on here.  I'm going with my default and that's money.  Billy put too much faith in Marte who also stinks but he's younger and doesn't have as many at bats and Valbuena should have been replaced with a farm guy but money wise, Moreno doesn't want to spend it and start the clock on those guys.  Pathetic but Moreno is the big boss man so oh well.

Yeah... I think sacrificing some service time to figure out what exactly we have with some of these fringe prospects before the offseason is a lot more valuable than going into next season gambling on them.

Rengifo

Ward

Thiass

JMF

Im probably missing a few but you get the point. Some of these guys could potentially fill spots next year and we need to know if they’re truly capable. It could drastically change our approach in the offseason if they got a solid look at them now.

That logic escapes the morons that run this team. Same with Ohtani sitting against lefties for these other losers. It’s Facking idiotic and has been a staple with the scrub in the dugout (GMJr, Finley, Valbuena, Mathis).

Still can’t believe we lost Mike Napoli because El Catorce had a love affair with  Jeff Mathis and was able to convince the loser Reagins (thanks for being cheap Arte and hiring an intern) to keep him over Scioscia’s nemesis Napoli. Then they compound the issue by trading Napoli/Rivera for Vernon Wells lol. Everyone at the time knew it was an awful deal and it has set us back immensely.

This organization is managed by clowns from top to bottom and there are years of evidence showing this to be the case. Mike Trout is the only saving grace the nutswingers have to use as a counterpoint otherwise.

lol blaming Scioscia for Nobueno and Partay  .... this is all on Eppler

It'd be nice to have a manager that didn't need to have his toys taken away from him to refrain from playing awful players.

Some of you act like Eppler puts a gun to Scioscia's head saying play Valbuena and Farte
