Gameday: 7/29 Mariners @ Angels

One of the longest half innings (that didn't have an injury or something) that I can remember in recent Angels history. This is going on about 30 minutes here, and there's only been one pitching change.

I'm gonna check back into this game at 8th+ inning to see if a position player takes the mound.  Other than that, writing this one off as a loss.

Upton literally swings though two pitches down the heart of the plate.  WTF is he looking for?  A real chance to cash in and get us back into the game.  

basically the story of the season.  when there's a glimmer of hope we whimper into the bushes and hide.
