If he does, he would end up with a lifetime OPS of 1.850.

If Arcia has a one-game career he would have the all-time MLB record of 4 RBI.

By the way, there have been 1,002 players in baseball history who have appeared in only one game (hitters). I didn't check the pitcher's list.

I didn't know that Jeff Banister appeared in only one game, in 1991. Pinch-hitting, he singled in one at-bat.

The greatest one-game career ever:

A favorite trivia question is, who had only one major league career at-bat, struck out, yet is in the Hall of Fame. A position player.

The framing of the question is misleading, given that he's obviously not in the HOF due to his status as a position player, but instead due to his managerial success.

He's not in the Hall as a player, obviously.

Arcia sitting after his 4-RBI debut.

I hope he doesn't have one of those one-game careers.

He was referring to two games, Arcia started one of those games.  If you want to be super picky, he did what he has been doing and flip flopping both Fletcher and Kole depending on the pitcher and it seems to be working to those two hitters advantage.
